The steel structure is made of steel raw materials. Its more obvious defect is that it is very easy to rust. Generally speaking, there are four ways to solve the rust on the surface of steel structures, namely, manual manufacturing, mechanical equipment, organic chemistry and flame. Handmade solution is a very simple way, but the high efficiency and practical effect are weak. It is only suitable for small-scale antirust treatment. It is mainly to use special tools such as gray knife, steel brush and sand cloth to eliminate rust by hand knocking and scraping.


Mechanical equipment solution refers to the use of some electric or tilting special tools to eliminate rust on the surface of steel structure. In the mechanical equipment solutions, the more common special tools are electric brush and electric sand wheel, etc. This kind of method is an ideal rust removal method with very good engineering construction effect, convenient use and high work efficiency. However, we kindly remind customers that they must pay attention not to explode the skin of metal materials during actual operation.


Organic chemical solution actually refers to the solution of metal surface rust with acid-base aqueous solution, that is, chemical change with hydroxide. The flame solution refers to the use of gas welding gun to eliminate rust. When applying this kind of method, we must pay attention to the same way as mechanical equipment. We can't burn through the surface of metal materials, otherwise the steel structure is very prone to thermal deformation.
